Privacy policy

This page is the public site for Kagoria. The demo form asks for your name, lab name, city, WhatsApp mobile number, how many samples you run, and optionally what you use today. We use that only to reply on WhatsApp, book a 20-minute demo, and keep a short record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add it to a marketing list.

If you arrived from a Google ad, we may record that you submitted the form or clicked WhatsApp so we can measure what a lead costs. That uses Google’s conversion tag. It does not send your form answers to Google.

Demo requests are stored in India. We keep a request until the demo is done and for up to twelve months after, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Write to hello@kagoria.com and we will.

Patient records are not collected on this site. They live in the laboratory’s own tenant, in India. The lab is the data fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023. We process that data on the lab’s behalf. We do not store Aadhaar. A lab can export every patient, report and invoice at any time, at no charge.

If you are a patient, contact the laboratory that tested you. Rights requests about a report go to that lab, not to this mailbox.
